If a client comes to us already involved in a dispute, we can assist with the development, analysis, or response to a claim. If a case progresses to arbitration or trial, we support our client with research, analysis, and expert testimony.

We specialize in the following:

• Construction and project management services. We work with owners, designers, and contractors to better communicate information both about enterprise-level project portfolio management, and about day-to-day management such as scheduling, changes, and impacts. We are expert in the most widely used project management software packages such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P3, P5, P6, SureTrak, and Contractor.

• Claims development or analysis support to owners, designers, general contractors, and subcontractors, including both public and private organizations. We evaluate project impacts caused by the architect, engineer, or contractor.

• Litigation support. As a scheduling expert Gale Powell has provided testimony through affidavit, deposition and oral testimony before mediators, arbitrators and courts for 13 years. In addition to verbal presentations, we prepare graphics to assist in making our client’s case clearly.

Our claims experience informs our approach to project management. Since we are familiar with the issues that most frequently cause disputes or claims, we take a proactive approach in the early stages of a project to reduce the likelihood of those issues arising later on.
